Depending on the Structure of the Supply Chain and the Characteristics of the Ecosystem, there are different Collaboration Strategies for Risk Management and Mitigation.
Micro-Level Collaboration
Micro-Level resilience describes the direct coordination of buyers and suppliers to prevent or recover from supply risk and its effects. 2
Meso-Level Collaboration
Meso-Level resilience is achieved when multiple organisations work together, employing Micro- and Macro-Level strategies. The goal is to adaptively manage Supply Risks in the short- to medium-term. 2
Macro-Level Collaboration
Macro-Level resilience describes the long term collaboration of corporations (incl. competitors) with each other and with governments or trade associations. The goal is to manage long-term supply chain risks. 2
